A DisplayString Object containing the port number for 
alarms to be trapped. This field is of the 
form cabinet(1-64):carrier(A-E):slot(0-20):circuit(1-256) or 
gateway(1-250):module(V1-V9):circuit(1-31). This field only
applies to CM alarm filters.
