This field indicates whether or not only restarts involving a interchange are to have traps generated. It can take on the values 'y' (only restarts involving an interchange are trapped), 'n' (only restarts involving no interchange are trapped), or '-' (don't care - in other words restarts are trapped regardless of whether an interchange occurred or not). It is defaulted to '-'. This field only applies to system restart notifications.
