This field indicates whether or not restarts involving a interchange are to have traps generated. A value of 'y' indicates that only restarts involving an interchange are trapped. A value of 'n' indicates that only restarts not involving an interchange are trapped. A value of '-' indicates that a trap is generated whether an interchange occurred or not.
