This table is used to get capabilities for NENDIP parameter.
Enumerator YES/NO in regular cap tables shows if there are capabilities or no.
No values for specific entity means 'no capabilities'.
The second index (n) is used to devide the output string to n string blocks.
Each block has a maximum of 255 bytes. n = output string / 255.
