An entry in the GFP Service Default table. Each entry in
this table represents a default service configuration for a
data rate and protocol. These values may be used as suggested
values by the management system when defining a new GFP Service.
There is one entry in this table for each valid data rate
and service mapping (refer also to Appendix 1).
