table
This table is used to get capabilities for EXTVID parameter. Regular cap tables including EXTVID show the length of output string. Value 0 in regular cap tables means 'no capabilities'. The second index (n) is used to devide the output string to n string blocks. Each block has a maximum of 512 bytes. n = output string / 512.
