This table is used to get capabilities for AREAID parameter. Regular cap tables including AREAID show the length of output string. Enumerator YES/NO in regular cap tables shows if there are capabilities or value 0 which means 'no capabilities'. The second index (n) is used to devide the output string to n string blocks. Each block has a maximum of 512 bytes. n = output string / 512.
