column mandatory r/w Enumeration 
The port will perform auto-negotiation to determine the
port's duplex and data rate.  When auto-negotiation is
enabled, the negotiated duplex and data rate can be 
determined by configPortDuplexOper and 
configPortDataRateOper mib objects respectively.
