Get the device clock status.
The meanings of the values are:
master-clock(1) -  Master-only device
                    affords time signal;
freerun(2)      -  Device has not been synchronized;
holdover(3)     -  Device going to holdover;
lock(4)         -  Device select and lock a time signal
unlock(5)       -  Device select and unlock a time signal
