column r/w Enumeration 
An indication of whether the RestrictedRole capability is enabled on 
this port or not. If restricted Role is enabled(1) on a port,
this Port should not to be selected as Root Port ; 
even it has the best spanning tree priority vector.The default value 
is disabled(2).
