Random-detect drop precedence2 max threshold, only for wred mode.
The set of this value will be ignored for non-taildrop mode.
		 65535 is returned for other mode. Range is <1-12887>.
Set -1 to delete current configuration and retrieve default configuration
for all precedence.
For 1G port, default value is 512;
