Bit map representing PBITs that have to be mapped to the flow. If the value is set to 1, it would mean PBIT 0, if the value is set to 2, it would mean PBIT 1, if the value is set to 3, it would mean, both PBIT 0 and 1. The value 255 would mean, PBITS 0 through 7.
