Each entry of the table contains information of the neighboring device connected to a physical interface. The entry will be present only if ELMI is enabled on the neighboring device interface. If the value of the fsfrElmiRemoteStatus in the fsfrElmiEntry is 1 then a valid entry exists for the interface. If ELMI is not supported on the remote end then, the neighbor information for the interface will not be present
