column r/w OctetString 
Name of the avc. To configure an avc, 
this parameter must be set. That is, a 
descriptive name should be given to an avc. 
The maximum length of an avc name is 8 
characters. This parameter is set once during 
the creation of an avc. an avc can not be 
renamed.
