The avc's source IP address. This is one 
of the parameters required to set up IP 
multiplexing for an avc. Also the parameters
avcIpAddr and avcSubnetMask have to be set 
together during the same request. To unconfigure 
the IP address, a set operation is performed with 
the value 0.0.0.0
