Telnet Access Password and this is only useful for write operation. A read operation get a null string. Set operation on this object is allowed only if command 'password-change any' is configured on the target device. Another configuration affecting this is 'no snmp-server pw-check'. If its configured on the device, there's no need to pass another varbind snAgGblPassword. By default, 'snmp-server pw-check' is true, and thus needs to have snAgGblPassword along with this object. in the same Set PDU.
