between synchronization messages in seconds.
The possible values are:

o  8	: 4m 16s
o  9	: 8m 32s
o 10	: 17m 4s
o 11	: 34m 8s
o 12	: 1h 8m 16s
o 13	: 2h 16m 32s
o 14	: 4h 33m 4s
o 15	: 9h 6m 8s
o 16	: 18h 12m 16s
o 17	: 1d 12h 24m 32s
