You have to take a look at the binary representation
of the returned number. Bits are counted from 0 (LSB)
to 31 (MSB).
Bit 1 set means: RX_LOS implemented 
Bit 3 set means: TX_FAULT implemented
Bit 4 set means: TX_DISABLE implemented
Bit 5 set means: RATE_SELECT implemented
