scalar r/w Enumeration 
Setting this object to startFwUpdate(2) causes a
tftp download to update the current firmware.
The object flWorkFWCtrlRunningUpdate gives 
additional information about the update process.
When the update will be finished ( see 
flWorkFWCtrlRunningUpdate), you have to restart 
the device ( see flWorkFWCtrlReset ).
                           
Setting this object to noFwUpdate(1) has no effect.
