flSwitchBlockUnknownMulticastAtQuerier

When this object is set to enable(2) the
switch doesn't forward multicast packets 
of groups he received no igmp membership 
report before.
Setting this object to disable(1) causes the 
switch to forward ethernet packets of
unknown groups at all switch ports.
          
Blocking multicast packets of unknown multicast
groups will only work if IGMP Snooping is enabled
and the switch is the active querier in the subnet.
