List of permitted Paths which specifies the
Path(s) into which the MAC may be inserted (refer
to ansi SMT 9.7).
The value is a sum which represents the individual
paths that are desired. This value initially
takes the value zero, then for each type of PATH
that this node is, 2 raised to a power is added to
the sum. The powers are according to the
following table:
