Firmware part number of 10GBASE-T transceiver. 
For other ports, or if module is not inserted, 
octet sting will be filled with 0xFF bytes.

PN is an 8-byte field that contains ASCII characters, 
left-aligned and padded on the right with ASCII spaces (0x20). 
A field value of all zeros indicates that PN is unspecified.
