Object

scalar RFC1155-SMIGauge 
How long the external link is held down when the unit 
fails over and becomes standby. This is so an external 
switch will update its L2 tables and use the newly active 
unit's link. Each unit = 1/10 of a second. 
Zero value = disable (ie. do not bring link down).
