Object

notification 
The Digital Diagnostic Monitoring on a pluggable optical
transceiver detected a warning condition.
DDM monitors both transmit and receive optical power
to ensure the laser power is between vendor-specified
power thresholds for pluggable optical modules  such 
as SFP/SFP+/QSFP+/QSFP28.
A warning can occur when a cable is removed from a plugged port,
or when the transceiver is not configured or operating properly.
