aclIpv6ResquenceStartRuleNumber

Renumber the sequence numbers of the rule entries for specified IPv6 ACL
with the given increment value (aclIpv6ResequenceIncrement SNMP object)
starting from a particular sequence number(aclIpv6ResquenceStartRuleNumber SNMP object).
Both aclIpv6ResequenceIncrement and aclIpv6ResquenceStartRuleNumber objects should be set at the same time.
This is write-only value. It always returns '0' on request.
