This object indicates the EEE state of all ports.
Note:
If the port's bit has a value of '1', specifies the EEE (Energy Efficient Ethernet)
state of this port is 'Enabled',
otherwise, if the port's bit has a value of '0', specifies the EEE
state of this port is 'Disabled'.
