The fixed length equivalent of the etsysMulti1xUserName object. When the length of the corresponding etsysMulti1xUserName object is less then 8 octets this object is padded with null octets. When the length of the corresponding etsysMulti1xUserName object is greater than 8 octets this object has the value of the etsysMulti1xUserName object truncated to 20 octets.
