when link flap activity exceeds the associated threshold
on this interface.
          
  disableInterface(0)
    - Capability to set the interface operational status to 
      'down'.
              
  generateSyslogEntry(1)
    - Capability to create syslog messages.
          
  generateNotification(2)
    - Capability to generate SNMP notifications.
