The global operational status of the GVRP application.  The 
value of this object supersedes the dot1qGvrpStatus.  The 
dot1qGvrpStatus indicates the global administrative status for 
GVRP.  Internally, the application may be operationally disabled
as a result of a system configuration in which GVRP is not 
supported.
          
enabled(1)  - GVRP is operationally enabled on this device.
          
disabled(2) - GVRP is operationally disabled on this device.
          
For example, when configured in Provider bridge mode GVRP MUST
be operationally disabled and in Customer bridge mode GVRP may 
MAY operationally enabled.  
          
If the dot1qGvrpStatus is disabled(2), this leaf will always 
return disabled(2).
