operates with the etsysFWPolicyRuleDefSrcNetwork and
etsysFWPolicyRuleDefDstNetwork reversed.
If this column is false, the policy operates only in the
direction defined by etsysFWPolicyRuleDefSrcNetwork and
etsysFWPolicyRuleDefDstNetwork.
