eltexProcessCPUThresholdEvaluation changes from true to false. 
          
Notifications can be disabled for a threshold by 
eltexProcessCPUThresholdRecoveryNotificationEnable field or globally by 
eltexProcessCPUThresholdRecoveryNotificationGlobalEnable.
