scalar r/w Integer32 
This object is used to clear IGMP/MLD snooping dynamic groups.
Setting value to 0 will clear whole table,
setting exact VLAN ID will clear all groups that belong to VLAN.
This object is logically write-only. Reading this value returns 0.
