    sp = slot + port
    spv = slot + port + vlan
    sv = slot + vlan
The pre-defined settings are divided by delimiter. Default delimiter is slot/port:vlan.
Use eltMesIssDcsCircuitIdTr101Delimiter to configure delimiter.
