the resettingTimer behavior. The value must be
greater than any value configured for
eltexIsisSysLevelMinLSPGenInt, and should be at least 300
seconds less than eltexIsisSysMaxAge.
Note that this value is specified in seconds whereas
eltexIsisSysLevelMinLSPGenInt is specified in milliseconds.
