in line loopback mode, looping
 the received 200 Gb/s signal on 
the transmit 200 Gb/s output. The 
Upstream part of the module is
 timed on the 200 Gb/s recovered

 control enables the Out Loopback 
on the line port, looping the 200 
Gb/s input signal on the 200 Gb/s
