column Enumeration 
This value displays the west ring port's current state.
It displays one of the following states
(1) unknown -- The port's current state is unknown.
    (The port's current state will stay in unknown state
    if the node's current state is in init state.)
(2) blocking -- The transmission and reception of traffic
    are blocked.
(3) forwarding -- The traffic can be transmitted and received
    normally.
