notification 
This trap indicates that the Loss of Frame (LOF)
failure identified by trap SonetLOFDetected has been
cleared. The LOF failure is cleared when the Loss of
Signal (LOS) failure is declared, or when the LOF
defect is absent for 10 +/- 0.5 seconds.
