This mib show whether Tacacs+ is supported in AAA. If the
value is       false Tacacs+ will not be used as an
authentication and accounting       method. If the value
is true Tacacs+ will be used by AAA for authentication and
accounting if the the AAA was configured to do so
(by setting the appropriate mibs).
