dvbRcsNetworkInstallLogFileDownloadUrl

Full path of the installation log file to download.
It includes the protocol type (TFTP or FTP) and the
associated server IP address or hostname.  Hostname can
only be used if DNS is supported by the RCST.  The
installation log file can be created on the installer's
computer and downloaded to the RCST.
The format of this parameter follows RFC 3986.
