column Enumeration
Indicates the frame length used on the forward link for
transmission to the RCST.
Supported values are:
0: Unknown
1: Short frame
2: Normal frame
The RCST will report a value that has been used for
transmission to the RCST within the most recent 60
seconds.
If this is not relevant, the RCST will report
'unknown'.
