The Vendor Info of the OAM peer as reflected in the latest Information OAM PDU received with a Local Information TLV. The vendor information field is within the Local Information TLV, and can be used to determine additional information about the peer entity. The format of the vendor information is unspecified within the 32-bit field. This value is initialized to zero before any Local Information TLV is received.
