Object

column Bits 
This attribute indicates the properties of the DSID.
The bits are defined as follows:
'resequencing' :  This bit is set to 1 for a Resequencing
DSID.
'multicastCapable' :  This bit is set to 1 for a DSID that
is capable of transporting multicast traffic (e.g.,
the DSID has multicast forwarding attributes).
