This attribute indicates the set of Profile Names
associated with the CM.
This attribute indicates the CM signaled 'IP Multicast
Authorization Profile Name' encodings during the
CM registration process, or in the absence of instances
of that config file parameter, the DefProfileNameList
attribute from the Ctrl object.
