This attribute specifies how long the CM is required to continue listening on the downstream for traffic, after reception of the EMM with Sleep Time with a non-zero value. The CMTS communicates the EM Receive Timer to the CM during registration or in DBC message. The DLS Receive Timer is specified in units of PLC frame intervals. The valid range is 0 - 2.
