column IF-MIBInterfaceIndex 
This key represents the interface index of an existing
upstream or downstream channel that is configured
to be part of the MAC Domain.
For the case of upstream interfaces the CMTS could reject
the assignment of upstream logical channels under
the same physical upstream interface to different
MAC Domains.

recommended that values are assigned contiguously starting
from 1.  The value for each interface sub-layer must remain
constant at least from one re-initialization of the entity's
