This attribute represents the codewords received
with uncorrectable errors from the CM on this upstream
channel. Discontinuities in the value of this counter
can occur at re-initialization of the managed
system, and at other times as indicated by the value of
ifCounterDiscontinuityTime for the associated upstream
channel.
