The value specifies the order of evaluation
of the classifiers.
The higher the value, the higher the priority.
The value of 0 is used as default in
provisioned Service Flows Classifiers.
The default value of 64 is used for dynamic
Service Flow Classifiers.
If the referenced parameter is not present
in a classifier, this object reports the default
value as defined above.
