this rule.
An IP packet matches the rule when the packet
IP Destination Address bitwise ANDed with the

equals the docsIetfQosPktClassInetDestAddr value.
The address type of this object is specified by
docsIetfQosPktClassInetAddressType.
If the referenced parameter is not present
in a classifier, this object reports the value of
'00000000'H.
