The IP address of the TFTP server responsible for
downloading provisioning and configuration parameters
to this device.  Returns 0.0.0.0 if the TFTP server
address is unknown or is not an IPv4 address.
          
This object is deprecated and is replaced by
docsDevServerConfigTftpAddress.
