Object

column SNMPv2-TCDateAndTime 
When an entry reports only one event, this object will
have the same value as the corresponding instance of
docsDevEvFirstTime.  When an entry reports multiple
events, this object will record the value that
docsDevDateTime had when the most recent event for this
entry occurred.
